Are you using any specific painkillers related to cramps? Try Midol or something similar to that. Not too sure if you can get that in the UK.
Also, is it really normal to have such intense, excruciating pain? If it isn't that time of month, then maybe you should go and see a doctor to make sure your ovaries are behaving themselves.

Also next time it happens drink warm tea and also bagels. Apparently they help.
hiccupie, if it makes you feel any better, just know that it hurts us men more if get kicked on the nuts. Nature is not all that unfair, you know.
