I use it a lot too. For a few months I'd avoided using my phone for around 3 hours after waking up, except to read a few adhkars and duas saved on my phone. That helped me start the day a lot better than when I used my phone right after waking up. It calmed my anxiety noticeably.
My entire routine got messed up in December and I'm still not back on track completely. InshaAllah I'll get back on track by Sunday.
