Screentime damage

It was desktop computers, then laptops, and now all smartphones.

How much do you use cellphone in your leisure, specially around sleeptime and after waking up.

i’m so guilty of it myself. Use it all the time till sleeping.

And now when I read about the damage, its so dangerous

I use it a lot too. For a few months I'd avoided using my phone for around 3 hours after waking up, except to read a few adhkars and duas saved on my phone. That helped me start the day a lot better than when I used my phone right after waking up. It calmed my anxiety noticeably.
My entire routine got messed up in December and I'm still not back on track completely. InshaAllah I'll get back on track by Sunday.

Guilty as charged. And I can definitely feel the damage on different sides.

The issue overall is: we all know the problem, its effects and the solution. Yet we are just doing it
