You dont need those apps for taking screenshot on your android phones, most, almost 90% phones has built in option for it.

On Samsung Galaxy phones its Home+Power button and in google nexus phones and most other brands its Volume Down + Power button, whats your phone model?

Try both key combinations

press and hold HOME+POWER for 2 secs if that doesn't worked

Press and hold VOLUME DOWN + POWER for 2 secs, one of them should work
