I have noticed that when I reply or post a thread, I cannot see the post thread or reply button. I have to scroll to the extreme right of the screen before I see it.

^ I have that as well...but only on my work computer..not my lap-top....so I am not sure if it has something to do with our settings, or the IE version that is installed on the PC

Yes, I always see that when using Internet Explorer on the work computer. Just use Firefox or Chrome.

try to click on the compatibility mode. google for that button on IE.
also, can you guys tell me which IE version you are having issues with?

I think that I am using Internet Explorer 9.

I currently have version 7 on the work computer and we had some older version last year, version 6 I guess. Tried looking for the compatibility mode option but it's only available for version 8 and above if I'm not mistaken.
No big deal though..
