:salam:

i am running a software on my pc and i need to take a lot of screenshots of that software

its a full screen software and i need to keep exiting from it everytime i take a screenshot and then paste into microsoft paint and resume the software
all this is a really lengthy and complicated process

is there any software which will make a “video” of my activities on my PC? which is downloadable for free? something which someone has used and can recommend?

SnaqIt is good and free
for capturing desktop activity in video format use win media encoder, its free too

Althought I don't believe it does video but try out CaptureEze. You can just do screenshots printouts directly as well.

may i suggest Macromedia Captivate.. its awesome easy to use and direct export to Flash, MS Word, and many other formats makes it awesome and its FREE (if you knw what i mean :D)

I recommend camtasia...eventhough its not free , u can find the crack or serial over the internet..

I know I'm stretching an old thread, but does someone have the KEY for SNAGIT?? Or can I get the licensed software from somewhere?

Snagit 9.1 looks really cool. But I dont think I should spend 50 bugs for it.

Can anyone help me?

Try using the screen capture feature in xnview to capture the screens. Once you set your options in the screen capture section of this program, you can just go to the screens that you want to capture and press the hot key that you set during your options setup. Every time you press the hot key, program will capture the front screen or the whole monitor screen (whichever you set in the options) and it will continue to transfer those images in the program or in the directory you specified. You will not need to come back to the capture screen program after every capture, save the image or do something else.

Once you have the images you can save as jpg, pdf or in tens of other formats if you didn't specified in the setting to auto save.

The best of all is This program is FREE and you can donate and say thank you at their website.

This program has sevaral other good features that you can explore

post it if you think this program will not work for you then I can recommend another program.
