Men get that urge to scratch there from time to time. they are part of men's anatomy and can start itching anytime, anywhere.
I know there may be an urge to scratch, not just there, but could be anywhere on your skin. I also know that little boys have no control over such urges and will start scratching whenever whereever. But for grown men, there is an expectation that they can **control **such urges, when its an inappropriate moment.
I know this dude, a white guy, who often has this urge to scratch under his arm. Even in serious business meetings, he will just suddenly raise his arm in the air, and will start scratching while continue talking. Some people may tune it out, I just can't. Its hilarious, since the arm in the air is usually hanging limply at the wrist while the guy is just going at it, without realizing what he's doing.
