did any one every do it? i did it like 5-6 years ago
its pretty fun…now they have rainbow colowed back ground.
ps. it like use any pointed needle (e.g. par’kaar :o) and scratch the dark layer (usually its black), and the layer underneath (i used white one, but now they have rainbow color one as well) appears.
I used to do something simiar with oil pastels when I was younger. Colour the paper with random colours to make a rainbow, then colour over the whole thing with black then scratch away with a pencil or cocktail stick.
its a “Scratch Board Illustration”. the board is black in color, and when you scratch it white layer appears, giving us the depth. its really hard since you have to think everything in black & white, and there is no second chance in this technique.
i was required to atleast have three textures (i think…cant recall it though or may be more)
since its really an old piece, therefore its really not that clean as it should be.
