Science Finds God...

Many scientists who do not force themselves to be atheists accept and favor the existence of a creator having an infinite power. For instance, the American astrophysicist Hugh Ross proposes a Creator of universe, Who is above all physical dimensions as:

By definition, time is that dimension in which cause-and-effect phenomena take place. No time, no cause and effect. If time’s beginning is concurrent with the beginning of the universe, as the space-time theorem says, then the cause of the universe must be some entity operating in a time dimension completely independent of and pre-existent to the time dimension of the cosmos. …It tells us that the Creator is transcendent, operating beyond the dimensional limits of the universe. It tells us that God is not the universe itself, nor is God contained within the universe.

interesting....

Well the existence of God is proved by many rules of science I myself believe Newton's law of motions explain it themselves , the first law says "The body at rest will remain at rest and the body in motion will remain in motion until an "external" force is applied", so the force to move a body and a force to stop a body was not there until some external force is put on it, well I explain it little more further the question arises if an external force is applied in the already existing bodies this does not proves who created the objects, I further explain the universe is full of moving bodies and the moving bodies being stopped, for the moving bodies first it needs to exist and then the motion comes, so the bodies were first existed then they started moving due to the external force, this means external force existed very seperately from the existence of the universe, well since to evry external force there need an external force to start any kind of motion, the external force that started the motion of everything is the God.

Agreed with inquilab (sort of)

the site is a good read :k:

i think the theories presented by thomas aquinas are more than enough themselves, and have not really been properly refuted yet.

  1. argument of motion (presented by inquilab)
  2. cause.. i.e. none of us can be entirely sufficient for ourselves or be the cause of ourselves.. for that we’d have to exist before ourselves which is impossible.
  3. necessity (kind of a deeper theory)
  4. grades
  5. and most importantly design.

One should give them a read.. :k:

and Allah subhana-ho-wa’talah asks us to contemplate on things which so obviously point to the existance of Allah.

21:30 Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?

and this at a time when no human could have imagined this sort of design in creation.
