Is there any kind of scholarship available for a student in Pakistan doing his B.Com from Pakisatan ? He wants to gain a CA accredation from UK after his B.Com.

for CA in UK the student would need to do articleship and that would be a paid position. The key would be finding a position.

The Institute of Chartered Accoutants in England and Wales have recently expanded its programme to Pakistan. Now Pakistan chartered accoutants can pass CA, UK exams in Pakistan. So he should do CA from ICAP first.
Alternately, he can go to the UK to do CA but he should have masters degree from Pakistan.

ICAP awards scholarships to deserving students to become chartered accoutnant.
The program that you mentioned, is that referred to as the ACCA?

No its CA - Chartered Accountant. ACCA is different.
