I find it funny and sad at the same time how we Muslims love to bend over for this dunya and disrespect our scholars so much so that we stoop to the level of the kuffar. We fail to recognize how much effort they(kuffar) put into fighting Islam that we end up joining them in their efforts.

Arrogance has taken over our lives, we believe we're so much better than the scholars that we forget our deen in the process. It's simple, once you become arrogant, you stop following haq, you fall back on your desires and whatever this dunya brings, which is bringing jahalat all over again.

Remember, this is exactly what happened to the Jews. They were so arrogant, slowly but surely they went against Allah!

Why do we disrespect the same people who have kept ISLAM alive and are keeping it alive!? If it were not for these same Ulema, you would of been born a hindu worshipping krishna aur ganpati baba. Ever think of that?

If you guys think you are so much more intelligent and educated than the scholars in matter of deen, then please go ahead open up your madrassa, do tabligh, educate the masses... but wait, you guys are so busy following your desires that you do not want anything to do with spreading deen. But you don't even stop there, that's what's worse, you curse the people who spread deen. You know what the world calls such people, hypocrites.

My humble advice, if you do not know anything about such matters, either go learn or simply don't comment. You just make it worse for yourselves...

My aunt travelled from heathrow 2 weeks back and she didn't have to go thro any body scanner.

i had this in USA...same with my cousin in USA..may be coz i have a pakistani passport :@:

We live in a global village, with limited sources and strength we cannot dictate the world! Either you like it or leave it, it’s that simple! We should not bring any religion in the global discussion! However this particular action humiliates the entire civilization but this issue is debatable! There are many things in the religion of Islam which is haram but we Muslims are doing that!

To me it’s inadequate to issue any fatwa on this issue and expect any change to occur, we can raise this issue in a different form e.g. on the basis of human disgrace and in fact all the religion and societies will condemn this! Talk to religious identities of every religion and forward a case with the help of all communities and religion! Do not single out our self as Muslims, this is the fault-line which is not getting recognized by our people! Go with the flow and raise your point on all kind of shoulders!

However its good to get awareness regarding the religion, but solve these issues in a way which is acceptable for all societies, or otherwise build yourself strong enough in technology and defense that can make you dictate the world, till then follow the rules!

btw I am completely in support of having alternate methods like patdowns, or other types of physical searches in place of this new xray if someone does not want to go through it. That is how it is in US and UK should do the same.

I was saying, when scholars issue any kind of fatwa regarding a global issue, they should keep in mind that it can only be solved with a table talk with concerned people without bringing the religion into discussion! what is Halal and Haram, that's our internal issue!

I can not say on the airport security check that its haram in my religion, I wont do a screen check! well there should be some alternate ways to convey my point other than the religious background!

^ Those people are declared doing haram thing in Pakistan, there is no second thought about that! something which is not permitted in Islam can not be considered as Islamic act! Islam means Peace, those who are mocking at Islam are basically enemies of Islam! Don't call those idiots as Muslims! We dont know why they are doing all those activities and who is funding them!
