Re: Schizophrenia

^ malik ur symptoms are really very scary. May Almighty ALLAH protect u from this evil

Re: Schizophrenia

Mustanamalik, please go see a reputable psychiatrist (proper doctor, certified and all) as well.... I know a case with schizophrenia very close in the family, she was 99% cured by a psychiatarist. She still has 1% symptoms but medication helps her a lot and she's leading a normal life now.

Trust me, what you have is not black magic.... you have a disorder (you need a specialist for it, not a regular doctor) and it can be cured, please please go see a doctor before its too late.

Re: Schizophrenia

I agree, and in my opinion too he let go his faith in doctors too early. :)

Re: Schizophrenia

Yep, the girl I know... it took them 3 years to treat her.... but it did work, Alhamdulillah.

Re: Schizophrenia

Aap ko iis section may tashreef laatay dekh kay mai hayraan ho gya hoon :hmmm:

Personally I haven’t seen any scz. case thankfully

Re: Schizophrenia

Also WHY do people get this? Is it genetics or just chance?

Re: Schizophrenia

I do read the posts in this section, haven’t posted much though.

You should be glad you haven’t seen any cases … its very disturbing :frowning: especially if the person is close to you.

Its probably genetic… the girl I’m talking about has some metal disorders in her mother’s side of the family… extended family, like great great grandfather’s cousin and one second cousin has some other mental disorder. Her mother married completely outside the family. Her parents and all her siblings are 100% normal, she is the only one who has it.

She seemed normal all her life, started seeing things when she was about 23… and it went downhill since then. Now she’s almost back to normal, but her parents are really worried about her, they obviously can’t marry her off like this since any depression or emotional disturbance can bring it all back. Thats how it all started anyways, she started suffering from depression and then came the hallucinations.

Re: Schizophrenia

Yes. He posted before that someone was treating him....... with incorrect medication.

Re: Schizophrenia

^Its obviously some kind of mental disorder, might not be schizophrenia or might even be some special kind of schizophrenia.... there are too many medicines out there. I think he should go to a good specialist to get it diagnosed properly first, then start off on the medication prescribed by that doctor only.... and he has to be patient too, these kinds of disorders take a long time to be treated.

Re: Schizophrenia

I have a story to share... not directly on the topic but an example of how things are associated with jinns whenever something out of the ordinary is experienced.

This happened to my first cousin. He was staying over at our house for a couple of nights, so I gave him my room to sleep in and went to sleep with my sister. At night, he comes running out of the room, knocks on our door and tells us there is something in that room. We gave him water, when he calmed down, he said "tumharay kamray mein jinn hain, woh mairay seenat par charhaa huaa thaa, i couldn't even move, I was frozen, I couldn't breather... then the jinn freed me after some time". I was like no way, I've been sleeping in that room all by myself since 5 years, how is that possible. My sister goes maybe its a female jinn and we all laughed it off, except for him. He was hell bent on it being a jinn. Then a couple of years later, the same thing happened to him in his own house.

I did some research and discovered it was Sleep Paralysis and happens to completely normal people occasionally. Has never happend to him again, its been 10 years or so but I still remember his reactions and his conviction that it was a jinn.

Re: Schizophrenia

Yeah I’ve heard how people think sleep paralysis is related to Jinns :smack:

I agree hearing about it alone isn’t pleasant.

Re: Schizophrenia

Oh about that sleep paralysis…I know someone who after hearing jinn stories from people (who obviously suffered from sleep paralysis) won’t ever sleep on her back. She thinks if she did that there is this bala of some sort (they even have a name for her which I am forgetting at the moment :hehe: ), she comes and sits on the chest of the person sleeping making the person unable to breathe.

Re: Schizophrenia

^ lol :smack:

I know someone who has had sleep paralysis, before that I wasn’t exactly sure of how nasty it is to experience it! But yep since then a few people I have spoken to think its to with jinns even here on GS :konfused:
