Ok…what do you do with em … esp if they know your every move even if you dont tell em anything. esp where u work, what you drive in, where u shop, …shiver… and worse…dont let any other guy near you.

What kind of behaviour is this psycho portraying?
If he keeps ringing and being a nuisance via phone, ring up your phone company and have that particular number barred/ or have the number traced.
If you reasonably suspect a certain individul, then call the police and let them investigate.
Don't take the law into your own hands. Oh and don't give them any attention, they will soon go away on their ow accord.

Naz, find out what # it is and call the cops. Get a police report. Call your phone company and have the number blocked. If this keeps happening, get multiple police reports because at some point, this will go further into an investigation and you should be able to get a restraining order against this guy or gal.
In Illinois, you can actually get picked up for telephone harassment, not sure where you are.
