Nah.. I love it.. Even love just watching people at airports (yeah, I'm a weirdo)..

No. Only sometimes thinking of the pain in the ears due to that pressure thingy that some of them pilots do sometimes. :mad:

no..never been scared to fly.
but know several people that are very nervous when they are in the air.....

I’m not scared to fly at all…but the ironic thing is I’m married to a pilot and I NEVER go flying with him :hehe:

yes. im very scared to fly but still, that doesn't stop me and I fly very frequently. I usually take an antihistamine like benadryl to knock myself out

i love flying and 'getting there is half the fun" holds true in my case…

…only once i was a bit scared when i was leaving St. John’s, Newfoundland. it was rainin g heavily and it was quite windy as usual. that landing was the scariest i ever had. the only way you can imagine that takeoff if you watch this video. it was quite similar.

i recited kalma several times over!

this plane is heavy and it took unusually long to get airborne [1 minute as opposed to average 35-40 seconds]

watch the wing flaps flapping violently at 1:00 minute mark

btw, St. John’s, Newfoundland is the cloudiest, rainiest, windiest, foggiest and snowiest city on the planet. :frowning:

i survived 5 years of my stay there…i’m a real survivor! :slight_smile:

Its not so much the flying or the heights part that scares me, like if Allah has planned for the plane to crash and I'm going to die there's nothing I can do about it. I'm claustrophobic so its just the entire closed in part that scares me, I can't move freely and I just feel so constricted at times, especially in smaller planes.

I hated only once when I had to go to Atlanta from NY and return back the same day and each way I had 1 connecting flight. So in a day, I have been in & out of 4 planes. Its was frustrating. Otherwise, I am a bird.
