im going to my first ever beginners kick boxing class today and im actually wetting myself :frowning: im realllllllllllllllly nervous!!

im not nervous about the 'fighting' im nervous about going alone and having a **** fitness level

I so wanted to do this when I was 17ish but don't think my Dad was too keen

I'm sure you're not the first newbie they've had and i'm certain you won't be the last. It's a beginner's class - the trainers are not there to judge you but to aid you.
