Never happened before.
When I put on my foundation couple days ago - it absorbed in the skin and then appeared scaled on my skin.
My skin doesn’t feel dry but feels like it’s peeling and appears cracked when I put on foundation
What could have happened and how can I fix it?
(I had a cold for the last 10 days - could it be dehydration?)

It could very well be dehydration. It happens to me too, it will go away in a few days
