Looks like SS and his PML (N) will be back in Punjab. Though there is one lacuna, two judges will be reviewing their own decision taken earlier against Sharif Brothers.

SC to take up review petition on Monday
On Friday Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry constituted a five-judge larger bench comprising Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Mohammad Moosa K Leghari, Justice Sheikh Hakim Ali and Justice Sabhiuddin Ahmed to hear the review petitions of the federal government.
Both Justice Moosa K Leghari and Justice Sheikh Hakim Ali were members of the three-judge bench which handed down the judgment to disqualify the Sharif brothers’ on February 25. Since Justice Leghari and Justice Ali have also authored separate judgments, therefore they have to be included in the bench.
