As per reports, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamal headed the three-member bench that head the appeal filed by Khwaja Saad Rafique. The SC also reinstated the PML-N leader’s membership of the National Assembly. More details to come
Also interested in seeing PTI and its supporetrs reaction. Are they going to call this decision “under govt influence” and “a corrupt decision” or are they going to accept it.

Re: SC suspends election tribunals verdict on NA-125
Every one knew , It will happen , The natural result of unclear decision
Re: SC suspends election tribunals verdict on NA-125
The Supreme Court has set the decision side and accepted the petition for hearing, nothing wrong in it.
Re: SC suspends election tribunals verdict on NA-125
It’s on the basis that irregularities happened without Saad Rafiq’s knowledge, well looks like same will happen in the case of NA122. Now Imran will have to produce video tapes of Saad Rafiq stuffing votes or instructing ROs to rig the election.
Off course Saad and Nawaz had no idea about ROs massive irregularities.
Anyway let’s see if ROs are called by Judicial Commission to clarify their incompetence/rigging.
Re: SC suspends election tribunals verdict on NA-125
Apex Court decision is very simple and logical !
If the ‘thakar’ election commission have given only 1.5 hrs training to ROs, POs and other election staff and they have done blunders in electoral process, then what Saad Rafique and his 123K Voters have to do with this that people of NA-125 should be deprived of their representative !
