ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Supreme Court on Wednesday suspended election tribunal s decision and restored membership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly member Sardar Ikramullah Gandapur.

A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk heard the case.

Gandapur had won KP Assembly seat through by-election in PK-67 constituency of Dera Ismail Khan. The seat was vacated after the death of his brother Israrulah Gandapur in a suicide attack.

The election tribunal had disqualified Gandapur on charges of holding a fake degree. His election was challenged by rival candidate Fatehullah Miankhel.

While hearing Gandapur’s plea today, the apex court suspended election tribunal s decision and restored his membership

No sir , Now KPK can enjoy the great facility of the fake degree and family politics few days more .
Courts give stay and bails as routine .
PTI can be proud of fake degree holders .
And nothing to worry
There will be any other brother of this fake degree holder
After getting some money PTI will ticket to next

They have just suspended the suspension till the proceedings are done and verdict is out. Not a party time for any side...at least not right now :)
