Is it not the truth . People who left their homeland in search of good life and opted some other nationality in search of better future and took the oath for some other country are not equivalent to the brave Pakistanis . This is bull.
Anyone who leaves Pakistan and goes overseas, does so for economic reasons. People take up citizenship in certain countries, because it is the only way you can live and work there for an extended period (eg, US, where an employment visa cannot be renewed beyond 6 years). There are other countries where you can renew your employment visa endlessly, hence no need for citizenship (eg middle east).
Anyone who lives and works abroad is financing Pakistan. They send dollars back home, which our governments use to finance their lifestyles, and payoff their debts. On behalf of overseas Pakistanis, I can safely say that we are equivalent, if not better than resident Pakistanis.
There is a small group of thugs and MPAs/MNAs who get second citizenship despite being economically sound. They do so because they need a place to run away after stealing from Pakistan.
As for your Bhutto clan, they spent their entire lives abroad. They did not need to get any citizenship as finances were never an issue for them. They had all the stolen money they needed to survive, with mansions in virtually all major hotspots....Florida, London, Paris, Dubai, you name it.

From their comments on Tahir-ul-Qadri loyalty, These bast*rd judges not only doubted loyalty of TUQ but doubted loyalty of all those Pakistanis who have dual nationality.
Now, what I can see is that, the only hope for Pakistan is not corrupt courts, constitution or laws, but harsh and cruel public justice what people like Pol-Pot did in Cambodia.
The way Corrupt Iftikhar questioned respected Tahir-ul-Qadri, doubting his Pakistani loyalty, One should ask corrupt Iftikhar that if he is Muslim or not, as he took oath of loyalty to Pakistani constitution ... so his loyalty to Islam is doubtful (using logic of Iftikhar) ... that is different matter that Iftikhar is not loyal to Islam or Pakistani constitution as his loyalties is only to bones that one get throw towards him (these days Ganja thug of Raiwand is throwing plenty of bones towards Iftikhar).

Give him credit for going about it the proper way. His initial method was incorrect, where he 'demanded' removal of assemblies/EC in his long march. At least he came around and adopted the proper method.
Though I dont agree with the CJ regarding his issue with dual citizenship, I think it is a bit late to dissolve the EC. It can be restructured to make it more neutral, so the CJ should hopefully make some conciliatory remarks in order to pacify the masses, who too think that the EC should be neutral.

Corrupt Iftikhar and his team of corrupt judges on bones from corrupt Nawaz solved the issue, that is, make sure that corrupts keep coming to power by hook or by crook and loot the country and tax-payer money (treasury), keep country poor and deprived, keep Pakistanis uneducated and exploited, make Pakistan militarily weak, and thus make sure enemy countries of Pakistan feel good about Pakistani situation.
Now, the issue can only get solved the way Mumtaz Qadri solved or Pol-Pot in Cambodia solved (and I think people like TUQ can lead such solution of naked slaughter, as he has power of speech, huge committed followings, and valid points to back his movement) ... ... ... unless of course, other solution would be armed forces comes in and hang all corrupts and traitors in power.

This is silly. Anyone who disagrees with the status quo, or calls a spade a spade is a western puppet. Puppets are those who use US influence to get back into power, like NS running to Bill Clinton in 1999, and Benazir running to the US during her exile and pushing for a deal with Musharraf.
Dr. Qadri and Imran Khan are 2 people who have a lot of clout with the masses, and their followers trust them, with no strings attached. Though their methods and motives are different, they command a lot of respect. PTI does a lot of fund raising, and people happily donate, because they know the money is traceable. Dr. Qadri also does a lot of fund raising, so its not odd to see him having spent billions in the past few months.
At least they dont suck the blood of their followers, like PPP has for decades. Sad part is, PPP followers dont have the guts to ask for a clean leadership, as they know they are haaris of a wadera, not members of a political party.

Next time when overseas Pakistanis send remittances back home the government should refuse to take them as they are not loyal to the country.

I'm no fan of TUQ, and I could care less one way or the other, but the fact is CJ is working for NS. The only reason CJ has come out against TUQ is b/c NS was against his petition. Btw, CJ has be relentlessly going after Zardar/PPP for corruption, but he has restored all assets confiscated by Mush govt from NS family for their tax evasion.

^ the thing is that I would have cared less if the court had decided the case on its merit. But the ground used for rejecting it is shocking. The court is saying that the Pakistanis (within Pakistan) who transfer their looted wealth abroad are more loyal as compared to those overseas Pakistanis who send their hard earned money back home legally?
