Ah so your concern is not the legal issue of the Article under which Tahir-ul-Qadri provided his position. Nor is your concern that the Supreme Court found he had no legal standing based specifically on that article. (Just for your information according to Pakistani legal pundits, TUQ used the wrong article of the constitution to say his rights were infringed) Your concern is purely emotional. Its a simple question of “how dare he question the loyalty of dual nationality holders?”.

Oh … are you sleeping on the issue unaware, or pretending to be sleep? what legal issue or the article you are talking about that TUQ was required to provide his position on? … When throughout the case, no issue was discussed in court other than ‘rights that TUQ had to raise constitutional issues in court’ and to undermine his rights, court made an issue of his ‘dual nationality and loyalty’ to Pakistan.

For me. I have my reservation on nationality and loyalty of these thugs who were sitting on SC benches and questioning TUQ, as no Pakistani and no person loyal to Pakistan could have asked such questions from loyal citizen of Pakistan … what bench asked from TUQ regarding his nationality and loyalty … as TUQ Pakistani nationality as well as his loyalty is unquestionable.
