SC orders Qadri to submit details of Canadian nationality

Re: SC orders Qadri to submit details of Canadian nationality

You are wrong. Supreme court interpret laws where there is ambiguity. If that was not the case then every one in all circumstances would go to court to see what laws say regarding everything.

For instance, I would enter your house, would slap you, and would do whatever I like. If you or police would have tried to stop me, I would have said that what I am doing is my right, and if you do not agree than go to court. But no, most laws are obvious and all know that, and it is those laws that has ambiguity that courts clears, or if there is claims then court see whose claim is right according to obvious, and courts give reason for that too (as both parties would have reason to claim they are right).

In present case, constitution in clear words says that it is fundamental right of all citizen to be treated equally.

Dual nationals are citizen of Pakistan just like people with one nationality. No ambiguity there, and thus should be treated equally in front of law. No judge have right to question a person’s dual nationality.

It is just like if I would have two houses I would be owner of both house just like a person would be owner of his only house if that person has one house. No ambiguity there. Court cannot say (nor could interpret) that I am lesser owner of one house or another if I have two houses.

I have dual nationality (British and Pakistani nationality), and if any British judge says in court that I am lesser British citizen or not a citizen of UK just because I also have Pakistani nationality than I would consider that infringement of my right … but regardless, in front of such remarks all media would stand up for me, and such comment would be enough for that judge to lose his position as judge.

But it seems, Pakistani thug judges of SC and Politicians backing them are above laws and above people of Pakistan. They have already taken all rights of Pakistanis to live and are waiting for the day when Pakistanis would stand up to take right of these people to live (literally)
