I am not in favour of ISI working under civilian control. Rather, there has to be a transparent professional framework whinin which it should be operarting under a well-defined mandate, with army chief being fully answerable to the parliament on its scope of work.

With current crop of politicians I sort of agree that ISI should not come directly under civilians but one thing is for sure: ISI must NOT involve in local politics.
