I dedicate this topic to the sayings of the Master of believers, Imam Ali (as), whose glorious words are second only to the holy Qur’an and the teachings of the holy prophet (pbuh).
Imam Ali (as) said;
May my father and my mother shed their lives for you. O’ Messenger of Allah! With your death the process of prophethood, revelation and heavenly messages has stopped, which had not stopped at the death of others (prophets).
Your position with us (members of your family) is so special that your grief has become a source of consolation (to us) as against the grief of all others; your grief is also common so that all Muslims share it equally.
If you had not ordered endurance and prevented us from bewailing, we would have produced a store of tears and even then the pain would not have subsided, and this grief would not have ended, and they would have been too little of our grief for you.
But this (death) is a matter that cannot be reversed nor is it possible to repulse it. May my father and my mother die for you; do remember us with Allah and take care of us.
Master of Imams, Commander of Faithful (as) also said:
About the Ahlu'l-bayt (of the Holy Prophet) and their opposers
He who has an intelligent mind looks to his goal. He knows his low road as well as his high road. The caller has called. The shepherd has tended (his flocks). So respond to the caller and follow the shepherd.
They (the opposers) have entered the oceans of disturbance and have taken to innovations instead of the Sunnah (the Prophet's holy deeds, utterances and his unspoken approvals), while the believers have sunk down, and the misguided and the liars are speaking. We are the near ones, companions, treasure holders and doors (to the Sunnah). Houses are not entered save through their doors.
Whoever enters them from other than the door is called a thief.
Nice sayings, mashallah they are without a doubt beautiful. But are you a1shah, trying to convey some kind of conceiled message ?? Seems as if you want to make a statement with these sayings as a reference. ??
There are no hidden agendas. Purpose is for our muslim brothers and sisters to gain knowledge from the beautiful teachings of the Master of Imams (as), who along with his progeny, is the source of true interpretation of knowledge embedded in the holy Qur'an, and the exact reflection of the sunnat of the holy and final prophet of Allah (pbuh).
During civil disturbance adopt such an attitude that people do not attach any importance to you - they neither burden you with complicated affairs, nor try to derive any advantage out of you.
He who is greedy is disgraced; he who discloses his hardship will always be humiliated; he who has no control over his tongue will often have to face discomfort.
Avarice is disgrace; cowardice is a defect; poverty often disables an intelligent man from arguing his case; a poor man is a stranger in his own town; misfortune and helplessness are calamities; patience is a kind of bravery; to sever attachments with the wicked world is the greatest wealth; piety is the best weapon of defence.
Submission to Allah's Will is the best companion; wisdom is the noblest heritage; theoretical and practical knowledge are the best signs of distinction; deep thinking will present the clearest picture of every problem.
The mind of a wise man is the safest custody of secrets; cheerfulness is the key to friendship; patience and forbearance will conceal many defects.
The following saying from Imam Ali (as) pertains to us all :-
Always protect your tongue. Say only those words which will take you to paradise.
As long as a god-fearing man remains silent, he is counted amongst good people.
A person, who desires safety in this world and the world hereafter, should remain silent.
The only reason man will go to hell face downwards is because of his tongue.
When Allah wishes to bless His servant, then He helps him in controlling his tongue. Instead of finding faults in others, Allah keeps him busy in looking at his own defects. Those who speak less, their intelligence is complete and their hearts are pure. Those who speak more, their intelligence is incomplete and their hearts are hard.
A wonderful saying of Imam Ali (as) goes as follows;
There are people who worship Allah to gain His Favors, this is the worship of traders; while there are some who worship Him to keep themselves free from His Wrath, this is the worship of slaves; a few who obey Him out' of their sense of gratitude and obligations, this is the worship of free and noble men.

This is just great, so touching....could you tell me the book name please if you could a1shah?
These eloquent words of Imam Ali (as) can be found in Nahjul Balagah. The book is a treasure of the Imam's knowledge passed to him through our holy prophet (pbuh).
In it, you will find expositions on the Qur'an, sunnat of the holy messenger, and other famous sayings.
The book is second only to the book of Allah (swt).
Imam Ali's (as) khutba on the wonders of Allah (swt):-
Eyes do not see Him face to face, but hearts perceive Him through the realities of belief. He is near to things but not (physically) contiguous. He is far from them but not (physically) separate. He is a speaker, but not with reflection. He intends, but not with preparation. He moulds, but not with (the assistance of) limbs. He is subtle but cannot be attributed with being concealed. He is great but cannot be attributed with haughtiness. He sees but cannot be attributed with the sense (of sight). He is Merciful but cannot be attributed with weakness of heart. Faces feel low before His greatness and hearts tremble out of fear of Him.
