I don’t remember if I opened thread on this topic before. 
Anyhow, we hear a lots (on social media, sms, whatsapp, fb, etc.), that some peoples says it is “Bidda (innovation)” saying ‘Jumma Mubarak’, whereas some other peoples says ‘No it is not’. Both presents their arguments in their supports.
Peoples like us who have limited knowledge are confused to follow (listen to) whom? So if any layman approach YOU! and ask you whether saying/wishing “Jumma Mubarak” is permissible or impermissible, how you’ll answer this?
