And no, we dont use Alhumdulillah instead of Oh God! or Jesus! or Jeeez!!, as these words expresses a different sort of expression which alhumdulillah doesnt. Sayin Alhumdulillah is almost equivalent to the expression of Thank God.

But we can say Astaghfirulah or Lahola wala quwat ilah bilahe..
