Say what? thread

This thread will be about things that are ash backwards. Opposite of what common sense dictates.

So let us get started.

Normally, we like to buy low and sell high. Whether it be a house a fridge or a high heel pair of shoes from a certain lady in the UK.

So in what instance is it good to buy high and sell low?

Re: Say what? thread

knowledge!

Re: Say what? thread

I think I may have understood what you said. Are you saying good to buy high ( quality) knowledge ans sell ignorance?

Re: Say what? thread

Re: Say what? thread

Cars :stuck_out_tongue: they always depreciate.

Re: Say what? thread

It’s ok here.

Re: Say what? thread

Excellent point. My original point was what is preferable to buy high ( eg bond yield) and sell low ( eg bond yield). Cause yield moves opp to prices.

I like ur thinking. We cant avoid buying cars at high and selling them at low.
