There definitely are much better ways to say no. A little diplomatic skills can work wonders.
For me, it really depends who I am talking to. If there is someone who I find annoying or dont personally like that person, I normally go ahead with a no to their face - which definitely makes me less popular - but keeps things much simpler.

I find it so hard to say no. I don’t know why I have this in-built guilt system which does not allow me to say no and if I do, I begin feeling guilty and attempt to turn it into a yes:smack:

Those who can’t say no, gets hurt alot and people do misuse them often! Since they care others more than themselves and hence loses a lot in own life … but on the other hand GOD love them more than those who live on the expense of others!
I am also a similar victim , but don’t want to change maself, I love the way it is …
