Thanx..it will help a lot of ppl be better Muslims...And each time they do say one of the above after reading this u will get blessed for it!
keep up the good !
The ‘JazakAllah’ thread prompted me to post this reply.
I know that alot of us, know these phrases, memorize them…or at the very least know of them; and strive to use them often.
I myself, like or unlike many others rueful smile know what the most common ones mean–the ones we end up using and hearing most often, ie. Alhamdulillah, SuhanAllah, MashaAllah, JazakAllah, etc…
But there’s a few that i don’t know…does anyone mind translating some of the less well known ones? Plz pretty plz
thats a good idea but how about you going and reading about these topics, for example if it sayz “When a problem appears say TAWAK-ULTO-ALLALAH” you can go and read the chapter of Hadeeth or Quran that deals with ‘Trusting/Tawakkal’ in Allah. That will help you better and will increase your knowledge. Trusting in Allah (Tawakal) itself is such a big topic that it has books written on it alone. And 70,000 muslims according to an authentic hadeeth will go to Paradise without reckoning and their quality will be that they used to trust in Allah. !
One of the good sites i know of is www.usc.edu/dept/msa . This one has many many good things like the translation of Quran and Authentic books of Hadeeth.
“Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allaah — Islamic Monotheism), and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allaah verily, in the remembrance of Allaah do hearts find rest
