yeah we sort of trained her for that.. kittens pretty much go hyper/biting/playful-hyper when they need to use the litterbox, so everytime we see the symptoms, we pick her up, and slowly drop her in the box, walk out, and after a minute or so, we hear sand being thrown, so yeah.. its working great so far.. we THINK it was half-way trained in that.. cuz so far she has shown sign of not realizing that she needs to go, but whenever she does, she knows the box and where its kept..

im sorta been scared of (petrified actually) cats all my life (desi upbringing, weapons to scare kids from), and now im totally fascinated with this timbit character that how intelligent+dum they are.. like WOW! :eek:

oh.. and she doesn’t realize the bodily needs of eating/sleeping/going to box. so sometimes when we TRY to give it a shot, she goes ahead, but then sometimes she doesn’t… or if she sees us eating, she will wanna have her food too.. :konfused: weird..

im loving this kitty … next step is to get a chick.. .

no wait… :silly: rooster and a cat in the house.. now THAT would definitely wake up neighbours :smiley:

How have you been? How’s the mrs.? Seems like she has changed you some, the person who didn’t used to like cats now has one in his own place, kudos to bhabhi :smiley:

p.s. at first I thought this thread about Timbits (real ones) and it reminded me of Danny but it was a false alarm, but the cat is cute nevertheless :k:

pet smart.. :k: furniture protectors.. kinda same boat.. but watching her carefully.. training her not to scratch.. spray water bottle (came out as suggestion down at the store) .. they use it for training ..

vice versa, anytime she does something good/training-related, give her a treat.. (temptations is a good brand)..
