Saving Problem

Whenever i try to save or copy my office files my computer restart immediatly on pressing Ctrl + C or Ctrl + S

i dont know what is going on with my computer, i reinstalled the office but the problem is still there please help me in this regards..

Maybe your harddirve is 'read only'.

What is the link of hard drive read only with the Restart of computer but it also restarts on the copying of files.... i have tried my best to solve the problem but unable to solve this

I would not rule out possibility of a virus.

Are you not able to save a file under any program or is it just word? Create a file in notepad and then try to save it. If you can't, then its a serious problem ...

Maybe your Alt and Del keys are stuck down, so u press Ctrl and it restarts???

this problem is in my 20 computers, so it is some virul problem but unable to locate the virus ...
