I was an extravagant person until recently.But have changed completely.What all things I did were,stopped taking friends for drinks,stopped buying extra things,stopped giving treats to my people ,stopped buying stuffs during overseas trips,Reduced my drinking habit and above all one strong but true sense has gripped me and that's when u are in a financial crisis noone will come forward for ur help...
Thanks to the great almighty.I never had such a situation critical but I am well prepared now. :)
One small thing I do these days is,keep a Currency note,from the wallet money, in the inner folder of my wallet.It can be a worthy and useful saving.

None of these tips will help until YOU are determined to change your habits.
Think about what you want, what you really want, a nice wedding, a nice house/car, education, a fabulous trip....and work towards that goal. everytime you think of buying something...think about that.
I'm the worst spender there is, but now that I know I want much more out of life than what I have right now.....that lipgloss (or okay, bag of chips) can wait.
