Actually, I used to be anemic about a year and a half ago. 
But then my doctor told my mom I should eat lots of whole grain bread, green veggies, and all this other crap (including red meat), but I refused to eat goat meat…anyways then I ate lots of bread and veggies oh and dried fruits and I’m allll better now.
