To save our mother nature we have to unite ourselves. Stop polluting the environment and grow more and more trees. yes! this is the only way in which we protect our earth. If you afford a little more then you can use CNG in our vehicles in place of petrols and deasels. Turn off the engine at traffic jam and signal. Encourage every one to participate in campaign like Van Mohtsav . You have to plant individually more trees in your house and in your locality.

Excellent topic and question. We all certainly need to do much more than whatever are doing to preserve our planet otherwise it can be a disastrous tomorrow.
Even right now look at the temperature swings. The hotter regions like southern Pakistan and elsewhere are just getting hotter temp every year. Colder regions like NA have a wild swing as well.
It certainly falls to everyone's shoulder. Like literally everyone of us. By now we should pass the awareness stage. So it has to be some actions.
Agreed with above poster's suggestion to plant more trees and STOP cutting we already have. I would prefer to switch to a hybrid car. Similarly we should start exploring solar technology options for house and offices. And now its very much plausible.
Suggest other action items?!
