Wow! Plastic bags are the worst. 
I cleaned out my closet and recycled a bunch of stuff (papers. magazines etc.) Also made a pile of clothes to donate.

wow!!! am shocked with the amount of time it takes for plastic bags..I recycle already...but still what an eye-opener..
Some ppl don't get it..that this is a serious issue...I hate the attitude of "Am not going to be alive..so who cares!"

POST OF THE DECADE. Picture worth thousand words. Some of the numbers are mind boggling. In a year we consume 48 trash plastic bags and possunly another 50 plastic bags ( which are recycled).

Yes, they take long time. I agree we wont have a earth to live on. It is a sick mater we need to do something about it.
That is so rude,better think for others.If everyone keep saying this ,I imagine what this earth could end up some day.
Its incredible how long it takes for these things to take place, and we have people all over the world who don’t know and don’t care.

I think little efforts here and there count
I faithfully recycle plastic, kitchen scraps, clothes, shoes, books, napkins, tea bags, etc
Back in the day, us humans rarely ever used anything that was not biodegradable.
For example, miswak was used to clean teeth. It's a Perfect oral care, it comes from the earth, it is non abrasive, it has natural flouride, it is antibacterial, antifungal, it doesnt have any harsh chemicals that can destroy the enamel of the teeth, most importantly it goes back to earth and become raw material again.

I really feel taht is not a good attitude to have, this is our HOME…just coz we will not be living in it anymore, I will not want to see my home destroyed, what about our children and their children?

It is really important that what we have done to save our planet earth from pollution and other dangers as many environmental organizations are working to raise awareness about environmental pollution to save earth.
