Saute/Baked Herb Potatoes

I had these at lunch at work. They were yummy and i was wondering how had they been cooked.

I think first the potatoes were slightly boiled, and later either saute-d or baked depending on the sort you want. Some salt & herbs were added. It was covered with mayonnaise on top!

What I want to know is: What could these herbs be that were giving that taste; i don’t think it was parsley? Some thing else probably.

The picture isnt very clear , couldnt see … but i think either it must be methi leaves… or if it was proper herbs then it could be mixed herbs in which you get basil, oregano and thyme as main ingredients and marjoram as a side ingredient :hmmm:

Do you get those in bottled form here in Lahore? any idea of brand or name by which they are sold?
