maybe a tutorial is needed, hotdogs, sausages, kielbasa, polish sausage, bratwurst, knackwurst, andouille, mortadela etc.

these days you can find all of these in all beef versions, many halal, many made without any spareparts. the seasonings, spices ingredients vary.

I wouldn’t be averse to trying halal sausages made WITHOUT “spare parts”, but have yet to come across any.
