The gym that I go to has a sauna, and I’ve always wanted to try it out…but I’ve come to notice the women that go into the sauna are going in with just a towel wrapped around them. Is it really necessary to just have a towel wrapped around yourself and nothing else?
i've seen a suit thats specially meant 4 the sauna... it looks somewhat like a diving suit...

You might get some odd looks initially Hinna......but it really depends on the kind of people at your gym or sauna.

I go to the steam room in the gym, just this morning I went and this gori was sitting butt naked (I mean please, sit on a towel atleast), but I use a large towel which basically covers a lot, and when there's noone else inside there, just take the towel off.
You actually go naked in the Saunas ... hmm I actually like a good sauna and steam bad, but havent been to one for a long time. As for being amound women do as Catty suggested.

I'm not really keen on going in the sauna with just a towel. I'd rather have the weird looks with the shorts and t-shirt and if I wore a swim suit, I'd have to wear a long t-shirt to cover myself up to the knees anyways. As for going in naked...I don't think so.
Instead of wearing t and shorts, why not wrap a beach towel around you. It will do all the covering you require.
Waisay, once I went to a sauna and it was so nice and warm that I went to sleep in there. Jub I woke up I was all tanned and sweaty.

I felt tanned. Or may be it's my mexican skin complexion. I like to think I got tanned on my own and naturally I was all white and shiit.

Hinna, you might find the t-shirt and shorts a bit unbearable in the sauna. It does get extremely hot. Just try out a towel. Go at a time when there are a few or no women in there so that you can see if you really feel comfortable or not.
