take for example this gem: Sawadi told the court she considered al-Anzi as her son, because she breast-fed him when he was a baby. But the court denied her claim, saying she didn’t provide evidence.

What the hell does the court want produced as evidence of breast feeding? This is retardation level stupidity.

May be they were looking for some relatives evidence who knew about her breast feeding the guy in his childhood But then they were quick to charge her on the accusation without evidence provided by the accuser but demanding that she provide evidence for her defence.

Slight correction, ‘no marriage age’ allows woman to not cover her face in some fiqh.

No-marriage-age is not a definitive number, I think its defined something along the lines when she is past the age of child-bearing, I think there may be additional requirement(s), but age of 75 definitely would be in that range.
