the soudies have some very twisted laws but then they have a dictatorship where the elites who are suppose to be role models commit every excess their vast wealth allows them to. They themselves don’t follow the religion but they keep everyone else on a tight leash.

yes but the problem is

dum people in Pakistan and other countries see the Saudis as the champions of Islam and the version of Islam they practice is deemed the correct one

so all the stupid things saudis do like this one becomes the norm in Islam in the eyes of Pakistanis and they start practising it too
