^^ Talking about loadshedding, it seems the Pakistanis themselves do not want to resolve that issue. Large scale HEP plants, like the three-gorges dam in China, are the only solution to Pakistan's current electricity crisis if it doesnt want to import expensive fuel or electricity from the western neighboours or the gulf. However, that's not going to happen, despite every push from Musharraf, due to inter-provinicial grievances.
Lets see now, the dictator had his own puppet govts in all the provinces, so why didnt he push for it? The problem is, HE like everyone else in the politicians chair does not want to go for it. I mean how hard is it to order the construction of a dam or push for it? He immediately kills or detains anyone who opposes him, so why is this so hard?
