I have no love for that pipsqueak shauky aziz, however he was just an imported lafanga who was 'hired' much later to play his numbers game. Also, we do not know who this top brass is but there is a rule in the military, the commanding officer is to blame for his officers's mess and in this case there was ONE commanding officer sitting on top of the brass and that was Musharraf. Maybe when hes tried, he might spill some other beans.
