Previously there were only doubts that countires like Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan had nothing against the Israeli aggression against Lebanon but now veil is lifting up bit by bit. There are indications that there were indeed some ‘secret’ links of these contries particularly Saudia with the Zionist regime.

AL QUDS, Sept 22: Israel and Saudi Arabia have been conducting secret negotiations, the top-selling Hebrew daily reported on its front page on Friday.
“Secret negotiations between Israel and Saudi Arabia,” headlined Yediot Aharonot, reporting that contacts had begun during the recent 34-day war in Lebanon between Israel and Shia militant group Hezbollah.
Asked whether there were secret talks going on with Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was quoted as saying: “I don’t have to answer every question.”
Olmert was quoted as saying, however, he was “very impressed with various acts and statements connected with Saudi Arabia, both those that were made publicly and others as well.
In March 2002, the Arab League adopted the Saudi proposal that would see the Arab world normalise relations with Israel in exchange for a withdrawal from all land occupied since 1967 and a negotiated solution to the Palestinian refugee issue.—AFP

CAIRO (Reuters) - The Mufti of Egypt, the country's senior exponent of Islamic law, said the Lebanese guerrilla group Hizbollah was defending Lebanon against Israeli injustice.
"The attacks, killing and destruction that are taking place in Lebanon now by Israeli forces are injustice itself," Mufti Ali Gomaa told a meeting in southern Egypt. He was quoted by the state news agency MENA on Friday.
"This gives the Lebanese the right to defend themselves. Hizbollah is defending its country and what it is doing is not terrorism," said Gomaa, a government appointee.
On Thursday Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, one of the largest Islamist political movements in the Arab world, rejected fatwas or religious rulings by Saudi clerics against Sunnis supporting Hizbollah, which is Shi'ite Muslim.
In Qatar, prominent Muslim scholar Sheikh Youssef al-Qaradawi condemned the fatwas as "fanaticism."
"When the enemy enters a country all the people there should unite to resist, be they Sunnis or Shi'ites, Muslims or Christians ... Such divisions hurt the resistance, which requires everyone to close ranks and speak in one voice," Qaradawi said.
"One is not allowed to instigate religious fanaticism which divides the people," he told Al Jazeera television.
In Cairo after noon prayers on Friday, about 1,000 people protested peacefully against Israeli attacks in Lebanon and the Palestinian territories. Many of them chanted slogans in support of Hizbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
At a separate demonstration by children outside a mosque in north Cairo, police detained 15 adult supervisors from the opposition Muslim Brotherhood, the brotherhood said.
Riot police with sticks broke up the protest by about 800 children, one of the organization's Web sites said.

If Hamas and Hizbollah can get together, then why not us (Jamaat) and other guys (Shia Tehreek-e-Islami)?
If a similar unity will (should) happen in Pakistan too.
Maybe the MMA Alliance between Qazi Hussain Ahmad (Jamat-e-Islami) **and Mr. Sajid Naqvi (Tehreek-e-jafaria) **in Pakistan will work on the same lines as **Hamas **and **Hizbollah **in Arab world.
That leaves one to ponder what is Sipah-e-Sahaba doing in Pakistan? The chances are pretty high that Sipah-e-Sahaba was created by America and Israel (through Saudia) to divide sunnis and shias in Pakistan.
