Usually I decorate the plate with ketchup which i have put in a nozzeled bottle and it easily forms designs on the plate to serve with starters …
I have tried that bottle with mint sauce but its not as smooth as the ketchup so it doesnt come out of the bottle  .. I place it in little dots using a spooon.
I was thinking of using Mustard maybe but not everyone like mustard
What other choices do we have ? what sauces can be used to form designs on a dinner plate?
Ira , Mayo is good ... but i am usually after adding color to the plate .. ketchup is bright red and mint chuney is bright green , so the combo just makes the plate look so nice and bright ...
White will seem like part of the plate , since i have super white dinner plates :( .... any other options? :@:

Mayo has a good consistency like ketchup. If you happen to like mayo based stuff...you can always make pesto mayo...or even add roasted red pepper pesto or other condiments and mix into mayo and then drizzle that over an appetizer or on the plate for decoration
