ARY is an established station, decently famous, though outrightly pathetic.
It is being run by the gold smugglers (ARY Gold, anyone, they used to sponsor a lot of cricket matches in the late 90s ad early 2000s). ZemTV on the other hand is a simple website - a web portal, in fact, for Pakistan TV and news shows.
