we used to order lunch and have it in our office, until one day the Director General came for a round and saw people munchin food, pizzas spread all over the tables...and he did a crack down on lunch.
Ever since then.. i've lost a good couple of inches around my waist.

Most of the times I bring my own lunch that my wife makes for me. Sometimes I eat out. Either way, I am done in 15 minutes and I walk around in downtown for about 45 minutes.

There's a small problem with that. We were offered a lunch hour, if we all agreed to it, but then we'd have to stay back an hour late, which is an absolute no-no. Hence, the lost inches :D
