I remember the PSAT in high school, but taking the SAT exam in 7th Grade i never heard of…
Until my brother qualified to participate in the annual 7th Grade talent search, sponsored by Duke University…Have any of u (in the U.S.) ever taken the SAT exam or ACT exam in middle school? If so, was it hard? Cos i remember it being really hard for me in the tenth grade so i can’t imagine wot middle schoolers will go thru!
Well, he has a choice between taking SAT or ACT so i think we’ll go with SAT, as that is the more common choice for college bound students rite? I think it will be a good experience for him, he can list this on his college applications and will have a better chance with scholarships since he partcipated in this…i was just surprised that they were offering it to middle school kids.
Any stories, experiences or advice?
