The city of Kufa never existed before the Islamic takeover of Iraq. It was founded as a garrison city. The Kufans of Karbala were the descendents of the Islamic army that conquered Iraq.

Ok. Here is a completely unbiased view of Sassanians. No more sarcasm.
Sassanians were Iranian Twelver shias who populated and controlled the whole Iraq. They gave the country of Iraq a new name, “Kufa”.
Hence proven that Kufans, that is, Iranians, are responsible for killing Imam Hussain in Karbala.
Makes sense. Makes absolute sense.
