Can anyone tell me if there is any genuine tip for improving the taste of bitter ‘sarson ka saag’ after it has been cooked by mistake and then found to be bitter??

Did you add some 'bathoo'(a herb) and/or lettuce to it while cooking?

Sarsoon da saag has bitterness in it. Some people do not like to mix anything in it and like its bitterness. Other mix palak/spinach to tone down that bitterness while cooking it.

we mix spinach in it......and it turns out lovely!!!!!
my six year old will pass up anything to eat saag/roti.
and we also add a dollop of butter into our individual portions just before we eat it......
now I"m hungry.

ya try adding some spinach to it to counteract the bitterness, another thing to try is to take 1 or 2 tbsp (depending on the quantity of saag) of besan (i.e gram flour) and dry roast it in a frying pan for a min till you can smell the slightly roasted smell and color changes slightly, don't overcook! add it in the simmering saag and mix well, it adds a nice nutty flavour to it.

add some brocoli and spinach like for 1 kg saag 300gr spinch and 300 gr brocoli

sarsoon ka saag jub galaty hain , to pan per dhakan nahin rakhty iss tarah karwaht nikal jati hai dhakan rakhny sy karwahat khutma nahin hoti
