ya i am really glad to see how everything was well planned and organized. Most importantly no one was injured or anything which sometimes is expected of such big crowed.

Exactly, at least it didn't end up in a riot like the last woodstock.
Apparently, thousands were smoking pot and they weren't even arrested. :)

Of course not. What would they do with all of them? If I'm not mistaken, police in Canada (or Quebec at least) don't make arrests for people getting caught smoking pot anymore, rather only if one was caught with more than a certain amount (not sure how much), since then there is intention of selling.
Actually, the police did try and give warnings to the public that they would be arrested but it wasn't heeded. :)

There weren't any riots. Imagine half-a-million people just upping and looting.
I saw some of the show on TV. The footage was horrible. They kept going to commercial breaks and putting in their 2 cents on all the good parts
