So yes the sari you quoted is beautiful and would look good on a young girl
I really like the blouse
so if you really want to wear a sari and not look old
emphasize on the blouse and leave the sari plain
leave your hair open, porbably use big rollers so that your hair is kinda straight and bouncy at the top but ends up in loose curls at the end, and dont wear much or heavy jewellery
and the way the girl is wearing the sari in the pic is very decent i mean if the pallu is taken over the shoulder her exposed belly wouldnt even show
just make sure you safety pin the plaits for extra security
and also safety pin the pallu in place so you dont have to deal with it througout the evening
if you do decide to wear the sari on the valima practice wearing it for a few hours before the valima so you dont feel awkward on the day
